Which Product Should I Choose?

Every clear view fencing application differs from one another, even if slightly, our product range is designed in a way that caters for any type of application and / or barrier requirement. Each of the three different Vi-guarD clear view fencing products can be used on application, however our recommendation for each of the three would be as follows -

What Height Should I Choose?

Height requirement can actually become slightly complicated as you should take into consideration the product you are choosing along with the height. Many suppliers will try to sell you the most expensive product at a height that does not logically suit it. Our recommendation for heights as well as the products we believe should accommodate them is as follows -

What Coating Should I choose?

Which coating

Coating is often seen as the option to apply a color to your clear view fence, this could not be further from the truth, in some instances it come down to personal preference from a architectural standpoint but each coating serves its own unique purpose. Plus not many people know that applying a coating on top of standard pre-galvanizing can raise the price exponentially and based on the application it may not even be necessary, our recommendations below -

  • Pre-Galvanized (Dove Grey / Silver)

    • Region Recommendation: Inland | +- 200km AWAY from the coastline

    • Projects: Applications that have the set goal of creating a secure barrier.

    • Pricing: Standard baseline pricing

​

  • Pre-Galvanized + Alu Dipping (Silver)

    • Region Recommendation: Inland | +- 100km AWAY from the coastline

    • Projects: Applications that have the set goal of creating a secure barrier | Regions with possible low to medium corrosion levels

    • Pricing: +- 5.6% increase as opposed to standard pre-galvanized product

  • Pre-Galvanized + Polyester Powder Coating (Black / Anthracite Grey / Green / Custom)

    • Region Recommendation: Inland | +- 100km AWAY from the coastline

    • Projects: Applications that have the set goal of creating an architecturally inspired secure barrier  | Regions with possible low to medium corrosion levels

    • Pricing: +- 23.7% increase as opposed to standard pre-galvanized product

  • Pre-Galvanized + Plascoat PVC (Black / Anthracite Grey / Green / Custom)

    • Region Recommendation: Coastal

    • Projects: Regions with possible medium to high corrosion levels

    • Pricing: +- 31.48% increase as opposed to standard pre-galvanized product​

What guarentee do I get?

Guarantee

Guarantees / Warranties are awarded based on the application and the assessment thereof. If the product is installed by a designated Vi-biZ team the guarantee is automatically provided if of course the coating requirements matches the region threshold.

 

If a product is installed externally then we recommend that the team installing the product utilize our installation tutorial video / book to ensure the Vi-guarD clear view fence is installed correctly and as originally designed, following assessment of the project by a Vi-biZ quality controller a guarantee / warranty will be provided.

 

A brief breakdown of our guarantee's / warranties below -

  • Pre-Galvanized Material (Dove Grey / Silver)

    • Inland Region Warranty: 10 years on all manufactured product (t's & c's apply)

      • Estimated Longevity: 15 to 25 + years​

    • Coastal Region Warranty: 0 years on all manufactured product (t's & c's apply)

      • Estimated Longevity: 2 to 10 + years (corrosion damage will occur even though fence will remain intact)​

  • Pre-Galvanized + Alu Dipping (Silver)

    • Inland Region Warranty: 10 years on all manufactured product (t's & c's apply)

      • Estimated Longevity: 15 to 25 + years​

    • Coastal Region Warranty: 1 years on all manufactured product (t's & c's apply)

      • Estimated Longevity: 5 to 15 + years (corrosion damage will occur even though fence will remain intact)
